Terms of Service
By using MythicCAD, you agree to these simple rules. The service is meant for private ER:LC roleplay communities and should be used responsibly.
Private roleplay use
MythicCAD is intended for private Emergency Response: Liberty County roleplay servers. Do not use it to harass, impersonate, or disrupt other players or services.
API keys
You may only connect servers you own or have permission to manage. Your API key is stored securely and used only to sync server data for your CAD.
Account and server ownership
The person who creates a CAD for a server is the owner and controls membership, ranks, and permissions. Owners may remove members or delete their CAD at any time.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that abuse the service, violate these terms, or put the platform or other users at risk.
Limitation of liability
MythicCAD is provided as-is for private roleplay use. We are not responsible for in-game events, server downtime, or losses caused by ER:LC or third-party services.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service grows. Continued use of MythicCAD means you accept the latest version.
